Job Description
- Provide warm greeting and welcome all guests to the restaurant
- Obtain dining information from guests, such as dietary restrictions or special occasions
- Coordinate the dining room's seating arrangements by planning ahead and anticipating fluctuations in business
- Seat guests in an organized fashion to maintain service flows for the Servers
- Conduct frequent inspections of the restaurant areas, reporting any deficiencies in equipment or aesthetics through the appropriate channels
- Ensure a clean and safe working environment, and actively participate in health and safety initiatives
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a luxury establishment preferred
- Minimum 6 months food and beverage experience preferred
- Self‑motivated, with the ability to make effective decisions
- Demonstrates initiative, and the ability to work with minimal supervision
- Ability to deliver exceptional service levels under pressure
- Physically fit to lift trays repeatedly, stand and walk for the duration of the shift.
Additional Information
Availability must include Sunday, Monday and Tuesday evenings starting at 3 PM.
