The experience that helps you succeed.
- Strong desire for customer service: fantastic communicator, listener and on the spot problem solver (minimum 1+ years of client facing customer service).
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills. You need to pay attention to the client in-front of you or to focus on your immediate tasks at hand, but always willing to roll up your sleeves and pitch in where help is needed.
- Happy taking ownership of problems and finding ways to solve them. Be adaptable to a changing environment and work toward solutions in the moment.
- Dynamic, positive, enthusiastic, and able to adapt to fast-changing situations
- Experience and confidence using MS Office and other basic IT equipment
- Proficient in basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook) and strong verbal and written communication skills
- Legally eligible to work in the Country you are applying within and at least 18 years old
