Exciting Permanent Position as an Application Support & Project Leader for a Private Bank - CDI - 100% (H/F)

For one of our exclusive client, an international bank with offices located in Geneva, we are looking for a talented individual to join their human-sized IT team and contribute to the success of their numerous ongoing projects.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Providing technical support for various applications used within the bank

  • Record and qualify the request of the users

  • Organize the installation update / patch of software

  • Record and follow the bugs, coordination with third parties

• Leading and managing projects to enhance and optimize these systems

• Developing and maintaining documentation for applications and project processes

• Training end-users on new applications and system enhancements

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of new technologies and improvements to existing systems

• Participating in the evaluation and selection of new software solutions

• Strong technical background, at least 5 years, in application support and in the banking industry

• Proven experience in project management.

• Knowledge working with a Core Banking System, ideally Olympic

• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

• Very good command of English and French

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
