Main responsibilities:

Collaborate with Product Managers and stakeholders to shape the product backlog based on the product vision and strategy, ensuring it addresses business needs.

Manage the product backlog by defining, communicating, and prioritizing backlog items with stakeholders and the Scrum team, maintaining transparency and balance between new features, ongoing operations, and bug fixes.

Develop and maintain effective release plans, setting goals in coordination with Product Managers and delivery teams, and manage dependencies across teams.

Continuously refine backlog items with the Scrum team and experts to ensure clarity and readiness for sprint planning.

Set clear priorities, craft sprint goals with the Scrum team, and support them in delivering committed value while addressing any impediments.

Engage actively in agile events, coordinate resources across the organization, and maintain communication with stakeholders about product progress and outcomes.
Key Qualifications and Experiences:
-
Bachelor's degree, ideally in IT or a business discipline. 15+ years demonstrable experience with warehousing processes, hands-on experience in designing and developing end-to-end warehouse processes and solutions (SAP EWM).

3-5+ years demonstrable experience mastering product development using human-centered design process that approaches problem-solving with understanding the user needs.

Demonstrates strong domain knowledge and a successful track record in launching software solutions or services in collaboration with business and engineering teams, including experience with wireframes, prototyping, and agile development principles.

Experienced in leading virtual teams and managing end-to-end delivery of innovative products using various technologies such as digital core, dashboards, APIs, cloud services, e-commerce, real-time alerts, and artificial intelligence.

Possesses excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, along with proven capabilities in negotiation, training, and presenting; recognized as a change agent skilled in influencing and inspiring stakeholders at multiple levels within a global organization.
