British American Tobacco Turkiye, Samsun Operations Team has an exciting opportunity for a Junior HR Business Partner!
As an HR Business Partner, you will be responsible in providing full HR support and advice to Operations function departments with effective management of key HR processes and best practices, whilst adhering to global, regional and company HR strategy, policy and processes.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Support stakeholders to develop and achieve Company Strategy by effective leading of cultural change. Execute key HR operational activities as defined in the HR processes including recruitment, on-boarding and off-boarding, talent management, performance management per agreed plans and KPIs.
- Execute talent attraction activities under our EVP (Employee Value Proposition) agenda & act as a link between the university students & the business
- Provide guidance, advice and training to line managers and employees on HR policies and procedures.
- Assist line managers in identifying, refining, and documenting complex HR needs and requests, when required
- Understand remuneration package, company’s market anchor position, and total reward framework to propose salary proposal and salary reviews effectively.
- Assist the team in Operations in leading change at the functional level, monitoring the impact of business decisions on people, and supporting the development of the desired employer brand and culture
- Provide insights, recommendations for employee engagement and lead employee engagement initiatives in the Company.
- Act as a link between functional needs and centre of expertise services (Rewards, Organizational Development, Talent, etc, and Employee services - when applicable) ensuring a high level of service excellence and support
- Take an active role in deploying Integrated Work System Pillar Operations, ensuring deliveries of Pillar purpose and intent in accordance with Integrated Work System Phase progression
What are we looking for?
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Faculty, Industrial Engineering, Psychology or other related fields
- Preferably minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Business Partner or as a HR Generalist
- Problem solving ability and creativity
- Capability of turning data into insights into action to add value for the business
- Experience of partnering and supporting employees and managers
- Fast learner and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
- Able to understand business goals and recommend tailored HR approaches, policies, and procedures to effect continual improvements in business objectives, productivity, and development of HR within the company
- Proficiency in Turkish & English (both written and spoken)
