As part of the development of a family-owned business with diverse activities, we are recruiting a Senior Deputy Chief Financial Officer professional with solid experience, eager to commit and actively contribute to the structuring and growth of the company.
You will join a team of three colleagues, working directly under the supervision of the Chief Financial Officer.
Your main responsibilities will include:
Prepare and analyze the financial statements of multiple group entities, ensuring compliance with Swiss accounting standards.
- Perform account reconciliations and analyze identified discrepancies.
- Work closely with external auditors and support audit processes.
- Contribute to the definition and implementation of the financial strategy.
- Oversee financial performance management and monitor key indicators.
- Develop and supervise budgets and financial analyses.
- Optimize financial processes and participate in improving reporting tools.
- Support management in strategic decisions by providing relevant financial analyses.
- Lead and supervise the team responsible for management control and reporting.
- Manage and oversee the accounting department.
- Handle accounting closures and prepare financial statements.
- Conduct financial analysis and reporting to optimize management.
- Maintain internal client relations and provide support on accounting and tax matters.
- Ensure compliance with current accounting and tax regulations.
- Adopt a hands-on approach with strong attention to detail.
- Demonstrate high discipline and a strong focus on accuracy.
Desired Profile:
- Graduate of a higher education program in finance, audit, or management (Grande École de Commerce, Master in Finance, DSCG, etc.).
- Significant experience (minimum 10 years) management control, or audit, ideally in a multi-activity environment in Switzerland (mandatory).
- Excellent command of financial management tools and accounting standards.
- Strong analytical skills, ability to synthesize information, and leadership qualities.
- Proactive, committed, and eager to invest in a dynamic environment.
- Previous experience in a fiduciary or family office in Geneva.
