Corporate and Sustainable Development Coordinator, temp contract 7 months

Description
As a Coordinator for Corporate and Sustainable Development, you will assist and oversee the teams in executing various projects and activities within the department. You will also provide general administrative support, particularly in contract management.
* Assist the Director's Personal Assistant (PA)
- Provide support to the Director's PA for specific projects as needed, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Act as the Director's PA substitute during their absence.
* Departmental Support / Lead Contract Management Process (50%)
- Coordinate the Department's weekly and monthly meetings.
- Organize and plan team-building activities and similar events for the Department.
- Stay updated on new internal policies, procedures, and tools to facilitate their implementation.
- Collaborate with Legal, Finance, and Procurement Departments on contract processing.
- Manage supplier registration in the CORE database.
- Oversee contract setup and approval in Ariba.
- Generate and monitor SAP purchase orders and purchase requests.
* Weekly Project Support (10% of time):
- Track CO2 emissions related to travel.
- Provide back-office support for the supplier database.
- Manage the Department's SharePoint platform.
Support the Sustainability, Impact, and Legacy (SIL) teams in managing diverse projects and activities (20% allocation)
* Assist with meetings, particularly those involving significant participation, and events for units (arranging meeting spaces, technical support, catering services, document compilation, badge preparation, and monitoring RSVPs).
Profile
* Proficient in corporate tools with adherence to internal user guidelines (Outlook, etc.). Advanced skills in MS Office 365 (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and corporate platforms (SAP, SAP Concur, Ariba, Core, etc.).
* Completion of vocational training, university degree, or equivalent education.
* Minimum of 3 years' experience providing high-level support in an international company or similar environment.
* Fluent in English and French.
* Strong service orientation with exceptional self-direction, planning, organizational, and prioritization abilities.
Job Offer
Maternity leave replacement contract of a minimum of 7 months starting September 2024.
