What's the role?
We are looking for a Legal Support, eager to start a successful career in a fast-paced international company.
What does the role involve?
As Legal Support you will be a part of a team that is making sure that all aspects of organization are functioning in line with legal regulations and best practices and you will contribute on its mission to become one of the leading employers in the world. You will be involved in the following activities:
- Support all legal activities related to the Company
- Maintain adequate and up-to-date procedures and records in relation to the Legal Department activities
- Improve processes and follow the policy changes
- Act as point of contact within the Legal Department for other Desks, internal and external parties
- Liaise with the HQ Legal Department and support data sharing and information to the HQ's Legal Department in accordance with the Group's instructions
- Liaise with external legal advisors and act as point of contact for them
- Support to prepare and update of the Company's legal agreements; Management of litigations in coordination with possibly retained external lawyers' offices
- Support to draft and negotiate transactional documentation
- Support to provide legal advice to the Company's management
- Preparation and/or review of the information and statements to be sent to subscribers
- Upon request, and upon completion of all required Companies Office notifications, company secretarial activities
- Represents a point of contact for HQ in order to locally implement corporate guidelines with regards to company procedures, privacy laws, antitrust, etc.
What you need is:
Law Degree, BAR exam / In-house lawyer Master/School Excellent knowledge of Italian and European regulation Proficiency in English and Italian Excellent presentation skills, attention to detail and self-motivation Good knowledge on Microsoft Suite
