We’re currently looking for a high caliber professional to join our team as Officer, Customer Service Sr Supv, Taiwan - Hybrid (Internal Job Title: Customer Service Sr Supv - C11) based in Taipei, Taiwan.

In this role, you’re expected to:
- Supervise a small team and ensure the quality of tasks provided by self and others on team
- Apply in-depth knowledge of team goals, procedures and develop knowledge of how own area integrates with other areas
- Provide solutions and influence decisions with potential for broader organizational impact within established procedures
- Evaluate employee performance and provide recommendations for pay increases, promotions, terminations, etc.
- Exchange ideas and potentially complex/sensitive information to team and recommend and execute new work procedures, as needed
- Influence decisions through recommendation and facilitation of services to ensure volume, quality and timeliness of end results
- Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency, as well as effectively supervise the activity of others and create accountability with those who fail to maintain these standards.
As a successful candidate, you’d ideally have the following skills and exposure:
- 2-5 years of previous customer service required
- Proven analytical and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated leadership skills
- Proven self-reliance and accountability and ability to manage risk
- Consistently demonstrate clear and concise written and verbal communication with ability to influence stakeholders
- Consistently deliver high-quality customer service with focus on building client relationships and achieving quality results
- Required licensing/registration: 信託業務員,銀行內控,金融常識與職業道德
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree/University degree or equivalent experience
