TeleAlarm is a medium-sized company with over 50 years market presence that develops and markets products from the areas of Telecare, NurseCall systems and monitoring systems on the international market. TeleAlarm offer people with limitations or increased emergency risk perspectives in the organisation of everyday life and thus an increase in quality of life, and with its nurse call systems contribute to the best possible quality of care and quality of life in senior citizens' and nursing homes.
We employ more than 40 people, mainly at our site in La Chaux-de-Fonds, but also in Germany, Benelux, and the United Kingdom.

Product Manager
Passionate about information technology and telecommunications, you want to evolve within a dynamic and creative team.
Responsibilities
As the manager of our NurseCall product you will be:
Responsible for product planning and execution throughout the NurseCall lifecycle (from initial idea to phase out) Gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements and needs Recognize Market trends and competitor developments and communicate these trends into the Organization Defining the product vision / development of strategies and actions to expand the customer portfolio Working closely and interface between sales, marketing, R&D, production and support to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met. Collecting all requests and opportunities and filtering/prioritizing in product funnel
Your profile
- Qualified electrical planner, electrician, automation technician, electronics technician,
- Further commercial training or business management training (marketing specialist, technical businessman)
- You have at least 3 years of professional experience in product management and/or purchasing, ideally in a trading company (SME).
- Your basic technical understanding and ability to quickly grasp technical contexts are an essential part of your expertise.
- You have a high degree of initiative and a sense of responsibility and are characterised by strong analytical skills, negotiating skills, organisational talent and the ability to work in a team.
- You are confident in using ERP systems (SAP is an advantage) and MS Office applications, especially Excel.
- You are business fluent in French or German and English, further foreign language skills are a plus
