Key Responsibilities:
1. Purchase to Pay (P2P) Improvements & Delivery:

Ensure end-to-end accountability for responsiveness, quality, and effectiveness of the P2P process.

Drive measurable performance improvements, adhering to the principle of "what gets measured, gets done."
2. Performance Management:

Review KPIs and supplier statement reconciliations on a weekly/monthly basis.

Establish and maintain a governance framework to monitor and enhance performance.
3. Stakeholder Collaboration:

Partner with business units to embed spend policies and promote the use of chatbot tools for operational efficiency.

Act as a catalyst for change by collaborating closely with IT and Transformation teams to implement system improvements (e.g., Arrow, one P2P system, supplier onboarding processes).
Skills and Qualifications:

A minimum of 5 years' experience in a Purchase to Pay management role.

Proven expertise in Project Management, delivering tangible process improvements and driving organizational change.

Strong IT literacy, with proficiency in SAP being a significant advantage.

Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to succinctly convey information and influence stakeholders across various levels.

Fluency in English is essential; knowledge of German or other Swiss languages is a plus.
