Your role
• Interpreting and codifying investment restrictions for investment funds and segregated mandates (regulatory, client and internal restrictions).
• Reviewing new guidelines or amendments with various stakeholders (portfolio management, product marketing and legal, sales) to assess technical limitations and solution-identified gaps.
• Ensuring that all errors and breaches identified are reported promptly and that the appropriate corrective actions are taken with a strong emphasis on preventing recurrence.
• Developing expertise across all strategies (Fixed Income, Equities and Multi-Assets) to provide assistance and pragmatic advise to fund managers.
• Developing and maintaining a positive compliance culture through communication and monitoring regulatory responsibilities at all levels.
Your profile
• Master’s degree in Finance, a CFA certification would be a plus.
• A few years’ experience with an asset management company ideally.
• Previous exposure to guidelines monitoring and coding using a compliance monitoring tool would be a strong asset.
• Good knowledge of investment restrictions for UCITS and Swiss funds.
• Knowledge of financial products (fixed income, equities and derivatives).
• Team oriented with a collaborative approach to business.
• Excellent oral and written English communications skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure.
• Excellent user of common IT applications (MS Office).
• Must be resident in Switzerland or willing to relocate.
