Are you passionate about leveraging data to drive business success? We’re looking for a talented and experienced Consumer Duty Data Partner to join our team at AXA Commercial. As a key liaison between the Commercial Data team and the business, you’ll bring a strong strategic and operational understanding of data. You’ll effectively communicate with the business to understand their needs and translate them into data requirements, while also fostering data ownership and stewardship within the business. What you’ll be doing:
- Be the liaison between AXA’s Risk, Commercial Data Team and the Commercial business, helping the business to put together short- and long-term roadmaps of strategic Consumer Duty data requirements tied to the 24-28 strategy and initiatives.
- Take responsibility for health of Consumer Duty data related business projects, including value creation and benefits realisation.
- Communicate Commercial wide data literacy initiatives such as training, access and adoption of PowerBI, within the business.
- Support the business with embedding of Consumer Duty data ownership and stewardship principles to create responsibility and accountability within the business teams.
- Drive strategic transformation and data agenda and conceptualise innovative strategies and solutions to demonstrate the art of the possible to the business.
- Determine priority of business demand and creates project business cases to be approved by appropriate governing bodies.
- Oversee data projects and initiatives in the business, enabled by the relevant central data teams.
- Input into any resolutions for Consumer Duty data project risks, issues, budget and scope changes.
- Directly partner with various Data functions for high-level requirements capture for solution and tooling needs in relation to data to share with the Data team in Commercial and AXA UK.

What we’re looking for:
- Data partnering experience in complex organisations with geographically dispersed employees.
- Significant experience managing, delivering, and measuring success.
- Thorough understanding of Consumer Duty.
- Experience of successfully managing the data agenda, involving multiple stakeholders, from start to finish.
- Expertise in driving collaboration.
- Skilled in balancing strategic thinking with operational implications.
- Ability to focus on both Customer and business value needs and results over solutions.
- Able to coordinate, take the initiative, and stay focused on the outcome.
