Are you a digital savvy marketeer and a skilled communicator? For our Brand team in Zurich, we are looking for a Social Media Manager who will own the Vontobel Employee Advocacy program, support the team in managing the Vontobel social media accounts and create content that truly connects with our audience.
What would your role be?
Manage the employee advocacy program, including user onboarding, tool handling, training sessions, webinars, agency coordination, and reporting.
Create guidelines, training materials, and a content library with shareable posts, templates, and assets to empower employees to be Vontobel’s digital brand ambassadors while ensuring compliance with brand standards.
Collaborate with teams across the organization to identify and amplify employee stories, achievements, , research paper and create engaging content.
Create, curate, monitor and manage content across social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, etc.), ensuring it aligns with company goals and audience engagement.
Use analytics tools to track the Employee Advocacy’s program success and KPIs of paid and organic social media campaigns.
What are we looking for?
Solid experience in leading Employee Advocacy Programs and managing both organic and paid social media campaigns, demonstrating ownership of project outcomes, and delivering results.
Strong understanding of social media platforms, analytics tools, and the latest trends in digital engagement.
Ability to work well across teams, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Fluency in English with exceptional written and verbal communication skills. German, French or Italian are a plus.
