The successful candidate will be an experienced Executive Assistant. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a wide variety of stakeholders, alongside the skills and experience to effectively manage and prioritise a busy workload and meet strict deadlines.
Our client is a trading company based in Geneva.
Missions
- Manage and maintain the Directors schedule, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
- Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
- Coordinate and liaise with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the Directors.
- Organise and prioritise incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, calls, and mail.
- Assist in the preparation and distribution of meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions.
- Conduct research and compile data as needed for reports, presentations, and special projects.
- Provide support for various administrative tasks and office management duties as required.
- Act as a point of contact between the Directors and employees, clients, and other external partners.
Profil du candidat
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role, preferably within the financial sector,
- Exceptional organisational and time-management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask and prioritise workload in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Professional demeanour and a proactive, can-do attitude.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
