Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Lead distributor authorization process to implement channel strategy to support regional channel constraction
- Work with sales & marketing team to handle channel economics, including value chain proposiotion, tender project management, etc
- Evaluate operational capabilities of distributors and conduct periodic distributor performance appraisal
- Work with sales team to finalize annual sales quota to distributors, approve adjustment to dealer target
- Facilitate supply chain operations with LPs/DTs
- Track channel inventory and facilitate distributor stock auditing activities
- Monitor and reconcile DTs/SPs activities, to facilitate new account entry
- Regular customer visitor to listen to customer voice
- Daily channel operation management
- Manage value streaming among distributor/service providers
- Commercial training for dealers and service providers
Education / 教育背景
- Bachelor degree
Experience / 经验
- 8+ years of industry experience related to channel management and key account management
- Familiar to industry regulatory and business policy, sales experience is plus

- Skillful data processing competency and good data insight
- English language skills: Proficient in writing, reading, listening and speaking
