ROLE SUMMARY
Our Global Graduate Program (GGP) is an entry-level opportunity designed for recent college graduates with up to 3 years of work experience who wish to fast track their career within a global organization, and have the possibility, after 18 months of successful completion of our program, to work as an Entry Level Manager in our Operations organization. WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR:

- Development in a dynamic and multinational environment.
- Oversee agronomy operations and personnel.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and suppliers.
- Ensure quality of the crop, considering compliance with relevant regulations.
- Implement action plans and make decisions regarding production activities.
- Develop and implement agronomic plans to maximize the production, aligned to stablished budget.
YOU COULD BE THE NEXT GLOBAL GRADUATE IF YOU:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Agronomy, Sustainable Development, Agricultural Studies, Chemistry, Food Industry, Biotechnology or related field.
- Recent graduates (graduation from December 2021 to December 2024).
- Between 1 to 3 years of professional experience in Operations or a related field (relevant internship experience will be considered).
- Fluent in English (advanced proficiency in oral & writing)
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills.
- Local & Global mobility.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Are curious, ambitious, innovative, take initiatives, passionate about challenges and communicate clearly.
- Have leadership skills demonstrated through either relevant professional experience or extra-curricular activities within prestigious companies, NGOs, student associations, etc.
- Are open to relocate globally.
