As a Sales Excellence Manager in Private Label Solutions (PLS), you will be a main actor in facilitating transformative change and supporting go-to-market strategies.
You will partner with our Sales and functional teams to drive the commercial success, enhancing sales productivity, knowledge, and validating commercial readiness as we introduce new products and services to the market. You will collaborate closely with teams such as Strategy, Marketing, Operations and Finance.
This is a 9 month fixed term contract to start ASAP.
What You’ll Do:

Facilitate Change: Act as the crucial link between sales and functional teams, ensuring all sales-focused initiatives align with strategic priorities and are actionable.

Drive Enablement: Develop and manage an enablement plan to address readiness gaps, coordinating with sales leadership and functional partners to propel initiatives forward.

Content Creation: Bring products, narratives, and key messaging to life in a visual and engaging way. Build and package content into programs delivered via communication channels that integrate seamlessly into daily sales workflows (e.g., Salesforce, Seismic, training, videos).

Enhance Readiness: Optimize sales onboarding and training strategies to ensure they complement the broader learning strategy, focusing on knowledge from onboarding to mastery.

Feedback Integration: Use existing and new channels to effectively feedback insights into the organization for actionable outcomes.

Maintain Dialogue: Keep an open dialogue with sales to ensure all enablement work aligns with their needs and strategic priorities. resent information appropriately to a diverse range of audiences, take briefs, and implement feedback.

Project Management: Lead calls and meetings with other functions to ensure smooth project execution.

Dynamic Adaptability: Pivot on tasks when changes happen and work dynamically in a fast-paced environment.
Who You Are:
You will excel in this role if you have a strong background in sales, preferably in a B2B environment, with in-depth knowledge of optimizing productivity and engaging sales teams to deliver results. Building relationships is key, as this role serves as a vital link between Sales and many supporting functions, ensuring alignment with our strategy and partner needs.

Experience: Several years’ experience in Sales and/or Sales Enablement roles.

Design Expertise: Experience in design tools such as PPT, Canva, iMovie, and Figma to create engaging content.

Strategic Thinking: Ability to understand B2B sales and partner needs and translate conceptual visions into structured plans and execution.

Problem-Solving: Ability to break down complex problems into simple, actionable steps.

High Energy: Results-focused with robust communication skills to present information to diverse audiences.

Content Management: Ability to determine the right content, tools, and channels for release to sales.

KPI Evaluation: Understanding of how to evaluate the success of initiatives against KPIs and demonstrate commercial impact.
