PROFILE

For this challenging position based in one of the most
beautiful and busy Retail locations in Europe, we are ideally seeking an
experienced, results-oriented Retail professional who will meet the following
criteria :

• +10
  years Luxury retail experience / 5-10 years Management experience
  
• Experience
  with Product Category: Jewellery, Watches, Fashion or Lifestyle Brands
  
• Ability
  to motivate, manage and develop a team (5-15pers)
  
• Excellent
  and proven leadership and coaching skills applied to Retail teams
  
• Digital
  proficiency ?
  
• A
  winning personality to easily establish trust relationships with
  customers, teams and stakeholders ?
  
• Fluency
  in English, and ideally French or German ?
  
• Strong
  organisational skills
  
• Attention
  to details with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
  
• Self-motivated,
  with customer service mindset and creative problem-solving skills
  
• Excellent
  presentation as well as oral and written communication skills
  
• Highly
  professional presentation, excellent interpersonal skills; able to
  communicate effectively both verbally and in writing 
  
• Be a
  team player; pro-active attitude with excellent problem solving skills
  
• Responsible,
  dependable, punctual and flexible
