Role Overview & Primary Accountabilities:
Lead the Asia consumer design ecosystem and drive execution of brand design strategies and graphic design projects for Kimberly Clark’s Family Care Consumer (Kleenex, Scott Viva) and Professional division. You will work in multi-functional teams across multiple geographies across Asia. Key Markets are Taiwan, Thailand, Malaysia and Singapore. Scope: Packaging Design, E commerce, Brand key visuals and Innovation

Takes ownership of the visual identity for brands in the portfolio, working in collaboration with the global design teams, brand teams and country marketing.

Manage package design projects including design brief; design development, monitoring and maintenance of budgets and timelines; and recommendations to support Asia region business. Lead agency conversations.

Generate creative pack design proposals (visions, scenarios, concepts) in order to visualize the desired output and share it with internal and external team members.

Participate in research activities and effectively translate customer needs into actionable design requirements and apply those requirements into design solutions.

Responsible for driving to final design recommendations, decisions and design approval to enable artwork execution / production phases.

The successful candidate will demonstrate superior ability to drive design quality, from concept development to refinement, and execution.

Essential Requirements

Graphic design degree or equivalent
-
5+ Years Experience in Design and Creative. Preferably in-house design team experience in a consumer product company globally or in a professional design agency is desirable.

Hands on Graphic/ packaging Design expertise
-
Tangible understanding of digital ecosystem
-
Strong portfolio demonstrating a strong sense of aesthetics, package design, design layout and brand identity on product, digital, ecommerce graphic design for FMCG or retail consumer products.

Strong collaboration skills with both internal partners (marketing, R&E, MRA, procurement, and mills) and external partners (creative agency, prepress house, printer) across geographies.

Experience working in a multinational company with exposure to diverse markets.
