About the role
As a Trainee Office Manager, you will provide administrative support to our Recruiters and Recruitment Consultants. It is a varied role where you will perform a range of tasks, all of which are crucial to the smooth running of the team. We will ensure you receive all the training you need to succeed in this role.
Key responsibilities
- Be the first point of contact at the reception
- Maintain and update the client and candidate database
- Update and format the CVs of newly registered, existing and working candidates
- Produce various reports on a weekly and monthly basis
- Liaise with the different teams, answering candidates calls, taking messages and handling queries
- Undertake a variety of other tasks, from diary management to document production
About you
To join us as a Trainee Office Manager, your skills and experience should include:
- (Ongoing) Bachelor's degree in Administration or similar
- Excellent knowledge of French and very good knowledge of English
- Excellent communication skills, including over the phone
- Strong organisational, multitasking and prioritising skills - you're accurate and detailed
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
