Corporate Banking Relationship Analyst

The Corporate Banking team is managing the relationships with large privately owned corporates and with the public sector (state owned enterprises, ministries, and various other government entities).The team is responsible for deepening the wallet with existing clients and expanding the portfolio within the boundaries of the designated target market. The Corporate Bank generating business opportunities at the intersection of a wide and complex array of products. Beyond the day-to-day solutions for transactional business and working capital optimization this includes capital structuring and the origination of capital markets transactions. The position is in Bucharest and provides a great opportunity to work in an inspiring multinational environment, grow your business acumen and use your interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate within the Corporate Banking team, as well as with product, risk and other partners on various tasks related to client relationship management and transaction execution.

• Assist in the development of tailor-made financing structures, perform transaction due diligence, draft proposal materials and marketing documents.

• Conduct financial analysis and build financial models on existing and prospective clients.

• Support client onboarding and servicing, while meeting all regulatory and compliance requirements and adhering to the highest ethical standards.

• Perform regular monitoring of credit exposures, clients’ adherence to financial covenants and collateral obligations, as well as perform all KYC related duties for the existing client portfolio.

Key Requirements:

• Native Romanian and fluent English knowledge.

• College/University Degree in Business/Finance/Economics or similar.

• Preferably 1 – 3 years of experience in credit/financial analysis, with intermediate knowledge in financial

• Strong presentations skills, highly organized, multitasker and capable to observe tight deadlines.

• Good knowledge of market, customers, competition, local regulations. Knowledge of Loan products, FX, cash management and trade products is an advantage.

• Team player attitude to work effectively with internal and external counterparts.
