Job Description
What do our Salesforce Marketing Cloud consultants do?
- Work on projects to implement Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform for our clients
- Build, test, execute and optimise customer journeys and marketing campaigns
- Work with the customer data to create segments and data models that meet client requirements
- Create content personalisation using simple scripting language (AMPscript)
- Automate processes within the Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Advise and consult our clients how to get maximum out of the platform
- Conduct workshops with project partners
Qualifications
What person and previous experience are we looking for?
- Experience in working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Good knowledge of HTML, CSS, and SQL
- Team player with a friendly attitude to others
- Someone who is ready to accept new challenges and not looking for routine work
- Used to communication of technical aspects to internal and client teams
- Familiar with the following concepts: Digital Marketing, Email Marketing, IP warm-up, Audience Segmentation, Omnichannel Customer Journeys, Data Modelling
- Not required, but nice to know JavaScript, experience working with APIs and Postman
- Fluency in English, very good German or French are a plus
