Transactional Finance Assistant Manager

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Lead the team through the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end process, meeting all deadlines.
• Ensure high-level analysis of numbers, handle meetings with key stakeholders and identify additional actions whenever necessary.
• Ensure that all tasks are completed accurately and on a timely basis in line with internal SLA's by supporting the team and providing mentorship.
• Actively build and develop good working relationships with key partners in the end market.
• Build a driven environment to develop innovative ways of process improvements and enable others to perform at the best of their capabilities and identify the gaps in efficiency and effectiveness and recommend the actions.
• Act as key liaison between PTP, OTC and P&R to ensure accuracy in local financial statements. Point of contact within transactional finance teams.
• Review monthly local balance sheet/P&L/Financial Package.
• Ensure compliance with all quality and control requirements, support the internal and external audit processes Business / Operational Results.

What are we looking for?

• University degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of related experience to the role, with experience managing accounting teams.
• Proficient English level, verbal, and writing (B2+).
• Knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRs)
• Effective communication skills to work collaboratively with partners and team members.
• Excellent stakeholder management and an agile mentality.
• Self-motivated individual, working at high professional standards, with a strong focus on results.
• Desirable knowledge of SOX controls.
