Finance Manager 70-100% (M/F/D) - Lausanne

Our client is an SME owned by a Swiss group active in the energy sector and currently strengthening its position.

Description

As part of a Swiss group, our company operates as an agile and dynamic SME. This role does not involve direct team management but requires close supervision of the accounting processes handled within the group's accounting team.

· Oversee financial accounting, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and fixed asset accounting.

· Ensure accurate and timely monthly financial statements, financial accounting, and cost accounting.

· Manage financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.

· Further develop controlling processes and financial analysis.

· Contribute to digitization and process optimization in finance and controlling.

· Support the Company General Manager and Group Finance team in financial matters.

Profile

You are a hands-on finance professional with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset. You thrive in an operational role and enjoy working closely with accounting and finance processes. With a strong sense of responsibility and an ability to adapt, you actively contribute to the financial success of the company.

· BSc/MSc Degree or qualification in finance and controlling

· At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in an SME environment.

· Strong hands-on mentality, with an independent and detail-oriented approach.

· Ability to work closely with an existing accounting team while ensuring high-quality financial supervision.

· Fluent in French and English, German is a plus.
