Team Leader, Formulation and Fill

AliveDx is seeking a Team Leader, Formulation and Fill to join our Manufacturing Operations Function based in Eysins, Switzerland. This is a full-time and permanent position.

YOUR MISSION

As the Team Leader, Formulation and Fill, reporting to the Head of Manufacturing and Supply Chain, you will play focus on driving operational excellence and optimizing the production of biological reagents for our MosaiQ™ Manufacturing System.

Your main responsibilities will include:

Lead and Optimize Operations:

• Direct daily operations in a cleanroom environment, ensuring stringent adherence to quality, safety, and productivity standards.
• Champion process efficiency and optimization through rigorous qualifications, validations, and troubleshooting in alignment with established protocols.
• Continuously refine Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to enhance operational efficiency and productivity.

Project Management and LEAN implementation

• Employ project management skills to lead and deliver significant operational projects.
• Implement and sustain LEAN methodologies to reduce waste, improve process flow, and increase efficiency in F&F activities.
• Drive initiatives aimed at enhancing quality, increasing capacity, and achieving superior service levels across production teams.

Compliance & Documentation:

• Maintain the highest levels of compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Good Documentation Practices (GDP), and safety standards.
• Facilitate thorough investigations into deviations, executing timely corrective and preventive actions.
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) during both internal and external audits, ensuring all operations meet regulatory standards.

Team Leadership and cross-functional Collaboration:

• Build, lead, and develop a small team of high-performing team of Formulation and Fill specialists.
• Collaborate with other Manufacturing Team Leaders to ensure seamless production planning execution.

YOUR COMPETENCIES

• Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, engineering, biotechnology or biochemistry.
• At least 5 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment within pharmaceutical or medical devices, focusing on bioprocess optimization or technology transfer
• Min 2 years of supervisory experience in formulation, filing or similar processes.
• Proficiency in automation systems for formulation and filling operations
• Demonstrated experience in applying LEAN tools and principles to enhance manufacturing operations.
• Strong project management capabilities, ideally with a certification or notable project portfolio.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset.
• Effective time management and a result-driven approach, with a focus on compliance and operational excellence.
• Fluent in both English and French.
