We are currently looking on behalf of one of our clients based in Geneva for an Administrative and HR Coordinator. This is a temporary 3-6 months contract with possibilty of a permanent position at the end of the temporary contract.
Your role:
- deal with administrative and HR related tasks
- manage the admninistrative onboarding process of new employees
- communicate data for payroll and to insurances
- answer office demands such as new supplies
- manage access badges
- other administrative and HR related tasks
Your skills:
- experience in administration and HR
- good knowledge of Microsoft Office software
- ideally experience in an NGO
Your profile:
- degree in office administration or equivalent
- well organised with excellent soft skills
- fluent english and french
