We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Junior Office Assistant & Receptionist to join a prestigious luxury company located in the heart of Geneva for a 9-month contract. The role requires a proactive individual who excels in multitasking and delivering top-tier service to clients and internal stakeholders.

Missions

Reception Duties:
- Welcoming clients and ensuring their comfort (e.g., offering refreshments, managing salons).
- Managing the switchboard and handling client inquiries.

Mail Management:
- Collecting and distributing mail, managing outgoing mail, and handling courier services (DHL/Vélopostale).

Administrative Support:
- Assisting with photocopying, faxing, and other secretarial tasks.

Miscellaneous Tasks:
- Running occasional errands (e.g., shopping, banking).
- Overseeing the destruction of confidential documents.

Cash Management:
- Replenishing cash supplies and overseeing daily expenses.

Event Support:
- Assisting with the organization of internal and external events such as meetings, luncheons, and festive occasions.

Logistics & Supplies:
- Managing office supplies and maintaining stock levels for kitchen, stationery, and beverages.

Building Maintenance:
- Acting as the point of contact for external service providers (cleaning, maintenance, etc.).
Profil du candidat
- Previous experience in office management and reception in a luxury or high-end environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a client-focused attitude.
- Proficient in handling administrative tasks and comfortable managing expenses.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a high level of autonomy.
- French and English (Fluency)
