This position is to be filled on a full-time, permanent basis as soon as possible. You will be set as department head and report directly to the HRSC Manager. The average working time is 38 hours per week, set from Monday to Friday in Potsdam.

As part of the People & Culture Delivery Team, the HR Service Center is connected to the German head office in Hofheim-Wallau. As a leadership tandem together with the HRSC Manager, you deliver to the Country People Strategy by providing and continuously improving People administrative support in line with Service Level Agreements.
• You identify, design and implement modern and efficient P&C processes from an end to end perspective (from unit to GBO)
• You lead on continuous improvement initiatives with relevant stakeholders taking future business demands as a base, reducing complexity and manual administration
• You are a strong leadership tandem together with the HRSC Manager to proactively respond on future business needs, mindset and ways of working
• You leverage digital solutions and tools for efficient administration
• You contribute to a high standard of excellence within People Administration
• You lead and develop high performing teams and ensure the teams work effectively and collaboratively to meet agreed service levels
• You identify competence gaps (from unit to GBO) and initiate close the gap activities
