To further scale our growing business, we are looking for a Working Student, based in the UK or Poland.
The role
As a Working Student in Growth Marketing, you will provide essential operational support across Organic Search, Paid Search, Content, and Social Media, helping to attract interested audiences, boost engagement, and increase sign-ups for Oviva.
Embodying Oviva’s patient-first values, you will contribute to both paid and organic campaigns that spotlight personalised care. In a collaborative, insights-focused environment, you will empower the team and champion data-driven improvements, reflecting our “make it happen” spirit and commitment to impactful results.
Key responsibilities

SEO - Supports keyword research, content updates, and optimization efforts to enhance organic search visibility and performance.

Paid Social - Assists in brainstorming and contributing creative ideas to enhance paid social campaigns, focusing on innovative ways to improve campaign effectiveness and reach

Content Marketing - Contributes to content planning, brainstorming ideas, and ensuring content aligns with Oviva’s tone of voice.

Social Media - Supports organic social media initiatives, brainstorming new ideas for content and visual assets.
What are we looking for you to bring

Strong Communication Skills – Able to work effectively within a team, share ideas clearly, and ask questions when needed.

Eagerness to Learn – Shows curiosity, open-mindedness, and a willingness to grow within the role, actively engaging with new concepts and tasks.

Positive, Hands-On Mindset – Approaches tasks proactively, with a can-do attitude, willing to dive into various tasks and challenges.

Currently Enrolled at a University – Must be actively pursuing a degree, preferably in a related field such as Marketing, Communications, Business, or a relevant discipline.

Proficient English Language Skills – Must have excellent spoken and written English to communicate effectively within the team and across marketing channels.

Basic Digital Skills – Familiarity with digital tools (e.g., Microsoft Office or Google Workspace) for reporting and collaboration.
