Description
Responsibilities:
- Perform daily reconciliation of cash, securities, and fund transactions.
- Identify and resolve reconciliation discrepancies in collaboration with relevant departments.
- Ensure proper monitoring and control of the bank's transactional activities.
- Prepare reconciliation reports and present them to management.
- Understand different operations processes and products;Participate in all projects related to reconciliations.
- Participate in continuous improvement of reconciliation processes and propose innovative solutions.
- Provide internal support to different departments of the bank on reconciliation matters.
- Identify risks and escalate when appropriate.
Profile
Experience Required:
- Previous experience in reconciliation within the banking sector, preferably in private banking.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in reconciliation tools and software.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both French and English (fluent in both).
Education:
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
