About this role:
The position is accountable for operations at our 3PL Distribution Centres as part of the Surgical Vision supply chain in support of our commercial business in EMEA
Job title: 3PL Operations Manager:
J&J Operating Company: Surgical Vision EMEA
Location: Strasbourg, France, this role will be based onsite in the office 3 days per week
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage 3PL distribution performance, on-time ship and cost targets
- Ensure company policies and procedures in the areas of EH&S, SOX and HCC are adhered to at the 3PL
- Ensure 3PL operations are planning for growth and business change (i.e appropriate equipment, staffing, training, storage, etc)
- Support Business Planning (DELIVER SG&A and COGS)
- Partner with Surgical Vision Customer Service in support of our customers
- Develop strong relationships with other key functional partners in Finance, QA, HR, IT, Engineering and Commercial to deliver business plans and customer service expectations.
- Ensure flawless NPIs operational execution within region
- Support Snr Leadership with the management of financial budgets, planning cycles and development of multiple year CIP initiatives.
- Drive E2E collaboration and solutions with key partners using data & analytics
- Drive continuous improvement
- Partner with Snr Management to ensure alignment of distribution objectives to meet the strategic, competitive and internal needs of business partners and customers.
