The individual in this position will be tasked with managing all HR-related applications and services, as well as leading the HR Platform Transformation initiative and other technology projects related to HR.
Our client is a major Financial Services organization.
Description
- Collaborate closely with HR and Technology Leadership Team members to define and execute the roadmap, ensuring high standards of quality, cost-efficiency, and timeliness while adhering to IT and security policies.
- Maintain the quality and stability of production services.
- Oversee Opex and Capex budgets.
- Supervise your team, including daily task assignments, talent development, training, and mentoring.
Profile
- Around 5 years of professional experience in a similar role required
- Computer Engineering / IT (Bachelor's or Master's degree) background and technical abilities (hands-on)
- Project Management experience involving HRIS systems
- Experience in the Finance sector is preferred
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a commitment to continuous improvement
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders at all levels
- Leadership qualities to inspire and motivate the team
- Fluent in both French and English
