A Geneva-based financial institution is seeking a Finance & Accounting Manager to strengthen its finance team with a hands-on, analytical, and strategic profile. This role combines operational ownership with high-level support to the Chief Accountant.

Your mission:

Lead daily accounting activities and ensure financial integrity

Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and performance monitoring

Support liquidity and balance sheet oversight

Assist in regulatory and tax reporting

Act as the right hand to the Chief Accountant, stepping in as needed

Contribute to financial initiatives and mentor junior staff
Profile
Your profile:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field

5+ years of experience in finance/accounting, ideally in banking

Strong analytical skills and advanced Excel; database tools a plus

Fluent in English and Mandarin (French is a plus)

Reliable, discreet, and comfortable working under pressure
