The Management Office department at EHL, specifically the Digital Services team, focuses on driving digital transformation across the institution. It ensures the seamless integration of innovative technologies to enhance operational efficiency and user experience. The team manages digital platforms, tools, and infrastructure, supporting both academic and administrative functions. By fostering a culture of innovation, it aligns digital initiatives with EHL’s strategic goals.

The mission of the CRM Technical Support Specialist is to assist in system evolution, implementation, and maintenance, conduct user training, monitor performance, and propose enhancements. Additionally, you will document processes, create user guides, and coordinate with IT and Marketing teams to align CRM functionalities with business objectives and support marketing needs.
What will you do?
- Provide technical support for the CRM solution, including troubleshooting and resolving issues.
- Collaborate with the CRM Manager in the Marketing department to ensure the CRM system meets business needs.
- Assist in the set-up, implementation and evolution of the CRM system.
- Conduct training sessions for end-users to ensure effective use of the CRM system.
- Monitor system performance and work on enhancements and updates.
- Document technical processes and create user guides.
- Coordinate with IT and Marketing teams to align CRM functionalities with business objectives.
- Explore and propose new functionalities.
Who you are?
- You have a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a Bachelor degree in Digital Marketing with a strong background in data management & system operations will be considered too.
- You have 3 to 5 in a similar position.
- You have knowledge of marketing & sales processes and how they integrate with CRM systems.
- You have a CRM Tools certification is a plus (preferably HubSpot).
- You have experience with CRM systems (preferably Hubspot, Salesforce).
- You have strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
- You have good at interacting with multiple stakeholders.
- You have excellent communication skills to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- You have the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- You have a strong sense of responsibility and ability to manage priorities effectively.
- You have the flexibility and the ability to handle pressure well.
- You are fluent in French (C1) and at ease in English (C1).
