We are looking for a Webmaster to join the Marketing team of one of our dynamic and ambitious clients, based in Lausanne, and support the growth of their direct-to-consumer platform.
Reporting to the Ecommerce Solution Architect, you will manage and optimize their website, ensuring smooth operations, product merchandising, and data-driven improvements.
Your Responsibilities
- Maintain and update the website (product listings, landing pages, promotions).
- Troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate with developers.
- Manage and optimize product catalogs on Shopify and Amazon.
- Monitor pricing, inventory, and promotions in alignment with marketing campaigns.
- Track website and product performance using Google Analytics and Shopify reports.
- Work closely with marketing, design, and product teams to ensure a seamless online experience.
Your Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in web marketing, digital media, e-commerce, web design or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in e-commerce, web management, or digital merchandising.
- Experience in Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, and basic HTML/CSS troubleshooting.
- Analytical mindset, with an eye for detail and a proactive approach.
- Fluency in English (spoken and written) is essential.
- Knowledge of SEO, Figma, Framer, Klaviyo, and A/B testing is a plus.
