The opportunity

We are currently looking for a highly talented Technology Consulting professional (Consultant level) with a strong understanding of Machine learning & Artificial Intelligence to join our Geneva-based International Development team.

This is a unique opportunity to leverage your Machine learning & Artificial Intelligence experience to make an impact on the world by working for some of the most impactful organizations in International Development sector, which includes the UN and major NGOs.

Your key responsibilities

• Support the design and implementation of the latest Machine learning & Artificial Intelligence technology solutions suited to client needs, and the engagement of project phases and activities throughout the entire project lifecycle.
• Facilitate discussions with main stakeholders to help them define their needs and translate them into Project requirements.
• Cooperate with local and international colleagues across EY.
• Contribute to the development of the International Development Practice by supporting client proposals, internal initiatives, and recruiting activities.

Skills and attributes for success

• A master’s degree with a strong academic record of achievement
• 2 to 5 years of experience implementing Machine learning & Artificial Intelligence projects.
• Advanced knowledge of business use cases that Machine learning & Artificial Intelligence solves for, and knowledge of Artificial Intelligence Governance.
• Good understanding of Business Information ecosystems, integrations and interfaces; understanding of digital technologies
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills; strong work ethic, growth mindset, and drive for results
• Full professional proficiency in English; good knowledge of French is an advantage; any other language is considered a plus.
• Preferred: Relevant certifications: Data Science / Machine learning / Artificial Intelligence / functional areas, Project Management methodologies, Agile processes
