About the Role
Our client, a well-established private banking institution with a global presence, is seeking an IAM Role Engineer to join their dynamic team in Basel. This position is part of the Identity and Access Management (IAM) team, responsible for managing user accounts and IT permissions across a global organization.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement role creation and role mining strategies in line with the IAM roadmap.
- Clean up existing right allocations to enhance access management practices.
- Identify segregation of duty scenarios and manage related rules.
- Manage user accounts, authorizations, and access controls across diverse systems and applications.
Your Profile
- Higher education in computer science, business informatics, or a comparable qualification.
- At least 3 years of experience in Role Mining or Identity and Access Management.
- Knowledge of banking operations and systems (e.g., Avaloq) is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively.
- High level of integrity, accountability, and a proactive work ethic.
- Ability to collaborate with various stakeholders and work under pressure when needed.
- Fluency in English; German proficiency is an advantage.
