We are seeking an AI Assistant Sales Lead to serve as a senior AI and legal technology expert to GLLF, TR, and law firm leadership. The AI Assistant Sales Lead will focus on AI enabled legal technology in terms of TR's capabilities, customer tech adoption, integration, and opportunity identification.
About the Role
In this opportunity as an AI Assistant Sales Lead, you will:
Join customer meetings with a Senior Sales Executive and clients to deliver vision discussions, discovery/demo and pre-sale trial management
Inform and execute AI commercial strategies, including the GTM plan for all AI TR solutions including; CoCounsel Core, Westlaw Precision and Practical Law Dynamic; provide insights on market trends, customer needs, and competitors
Coordinate AI commercial activity across strategic accounts, using stakeholder management skills to build relationships and create AI sales opportunities
Serve as an executive level resource for customer conversations
Engage with individual customers to inform them of TR’s AI products, where we sit vs. our competitors, LegalTech strategy, trends, and opportunity identification
Champion AI capabilities both internally and externally, positioning our company as a thought leader in the AI and legal tech industry; conduct webinars and present at vision shows and conferences
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between sales strategies and product roadmaps
About You
You may be a fit for the AI Assistant Sales Lead role if your background includes:
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience, JD or legal industry experience strongly preferred
Proven experience with engaging key customers and building/maintaining strong relationships
Ability to gather feedback/data to inform strategy and AI product development
Previous experience working in software sales team and/or online legal information a plus
Working knowledge of sales process, methods and techniques
A solid understanding of GLLF markets to help position GLLF team for growth is highly desired

The location(s) for this role include one or more of the following metro locations: Los Angeles, New York City, San Francisco, Washington, DC. The target total cash compensation range for the role in any of those locations is $156,000 - $289,600. The location(s) for this role include one or more of the following states: CA, CO, CT, IL, NV, TX, WA and/or remote. The target total cash compensation range for the role in any of those locations is $141,800 - $263,300. The target total cash compensation range in other locations may vary. This is inclusive of both base pay and any target sales incentive. Pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individual’s knowledge, skills and experience with consideration given to internal equity. Base pay and any target sales incentive are part of a comprehensive Total Reward program which also includes flexible and supportive benefits and other wellbeing programs.
