The International Olympic Committee (IOC) is the guardian of the Olympic Games and the leader of the Olympic Movement.A truly global organisation, it acts as a catalyst for collaboration between all Olympic stakeholders, including the athletes, the National Olympic Committees (NOCs), the International Sports Federations (IFs), Organising Committees for the Olympic Games (OCOGs), the Worldwide Olympic Partners and Media Rights-Holders. It also works with public and private authorities,including the United Nations and other international organisations.
If you are an experienced Projecr Manager in HR, and the vision of building a better world through sports inspires you, this is a unique opportunity for you to contribute to the Olympic Movement within the IOC.As a HR Project Manager your mission would be to manage and deliver various projects of People Management 25-26 programme. You will also be acting as «Change manager» in each project, and ensure adoption of new way of working.
Main responsibilities:
Project Methodology & Tools:

Apply the project management methodology for the project (such as agile, waterfall etc.) to ensure optimal delivery and outcomes.

Ensure the deployment of proscribed project management techniques, tools (such as SmartSheet), and best practices throughout the project lifecycle.

Continuously monitor project performance, making necessary adjustments to maintain alignment with strategic objectives.
Project Planning & Execution:

Define the overall project plan, including detailed work packages, tasks, and deliverables.

Develop and manage timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure the project is delivered on time and within scope.
-
Coordinate and report on project activities, including effort, forecast, risks, progress, and resource allocation.

Lead the day-to-day execution of the project, ensuring alignment with programme goals.
Stakeholder Management & Coordination:
-
Serve as the key point of contact between the project team and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.

Integrate with the PMO’s approach, methods and tools related to change management, communications and other PMO efforts.

Prepare, present, and submit regular updates, reports and documents to the PMO, the Project Owner and Governance Team, providing critical decision inputs to project and programme decision-makers.

Organize and facilitate workshops, working groups, and stakeholder meetings to align on project milestones and deliverables.
Change Management:

Support the design and deployment of strategies for change management, ensuring the adoption of new ways of working, new tools, or management practices.

Develop and execute communication plans, including preparing webinars, e-learning materials, and various communication tools to ensure stakeholder engagement.
Risk & Issue Management:

Identify, assess, and manage project risks and issues, developing mitigation strategies to address potential roadblocks.

Ensure escalation of critical issues to the appropriate leadership levels for resolution.
Requirements for the role:
-
Recognized experience in HR project management and/or HR Talent management in an international and multicultural company.
-
Familiarity with IT project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle. Ability to examine, understand and summarise technical subjects or information.

HR Swiss federal certification a plus.
-
Project management certification (Agile, PMP…) a plus.
-
English andFrench fluency.

Excellent command of the corporate tools and ability to follow the internal user rules (Outlook, etc.).

Good knowledge of SmartSheet.
-
Proficiency in using SAP SuccessFactors.
-
Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools.

Excellent active listening skills.

Ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences.

Experience with large-scale organizational change efforts.
