Are you an experienced building technology specialist looking for your next challenge? We are seeking a motivated Projektleiter Gebäudetechnik – HLKKS und Gebäudeautomation to join our dynamic team. You’ll play a critical role in ensuring smooth operations, high-quality standards, and the optimization of HVAC systems in a diverse and engaging environment.
Your Role:
- Project Representation: Act as the primary contact for external engineering offices, representing our HLKKS department in building automation projects.
- HVAC Optimization: Collaborate with airport partners to optimize HVAC systems, ensuring compliance with plan values, hydraulic systems, and energy management standards.
- Quality Assurance: Oversee quality standards across all construction phases, including technical acceptance and commissioning of building technology systems.
- Concept Development: Create and implement concepts to maintain and enhance the value of building technology systems.
- Small Conversions: Plan and execute smaller conversions within the HLKKS department.
Your Profile:
- Educational Background: Degree as an Engineer (FH) or Technician (HF) in building technology, automation, or a related field.
- Experience: Several years of planning and project experience in building technology, with strong knowledge of HVAC optimization.
- Technical Skills: Expertise in HK hydraulics, control technology, building automation, and basic CAD (AutoCAD). Proficiency in MS Office.
- Personal Attributes: Structured, solution-oriented, communicative, and a team player with a positive and assertive attitude.
