• Join PwC Advisory to become a valuable member of our Banking Strategy & Transformation Team in Zurich.
• Be part of an international team that operates across PwC's global, collaborative and interdisciplinary network and bring the best of our advisory platforms and practices, e.g., Artificial Intelligence, Customer Transformation, Risk & Regulatory, etc.
• As part of the fast-paced Strategy & Transformation platform, contribute to spearheading initiatives at the most reputable organizations, generate impact ranging from strategic and conceptual work to actual delivery and , including operating model and process design.
• Grow your impact by enhancing your consulting skills and expanding your range of responsibilities.
• Work with and learn from experienced management consultants in developing and implementing strategic transformation initiatives in the Banking, Asset, and Wealth Management sectors
• Support clients in successfully delivering their priority initiatives, spanning front-to-back business areas in an across functions such as front, corporate and mid office, technology & operations, product management
• Contribute to advising clients on strategy, business and operating models, processes, and digital transformation or post merger integration initiatives.
• Contribute to go-to-market and business development initiatives by delivering valuable insights and solutions to our clients on a continuous basis.
• Be part of the global PwC network with the ability to leverage and further develop PwC methodologies, frameworks, tools and accelerators for a range of strategy & transformation objectives.
Your Skill Set
• Strong academic credentials from a leading university, recent graduate or close to completion, at a minimum a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, preferably Master (or postgraduate degree)
• Background in Business, Management, Banking, Finance, Economics or a related field.
• Prior internships especially in consulting or banking, along with experience in strategic and transformational projects, are advantageous but not mandatory.
• Strong sense of ownership and motivation to excel in our dynamic consulting environment, with a deep, intrinsic drive to continuously expand your banking expertise.
• Ability to quickly grasp complex topics, work autonomously, and demonstrated eagerness to learn and grow.
• High quality standards, integrity, precision, affinity for numbers and a collaborative and results-oriented mindset.
• A team player with strong verbal and written communication & people skills, and ideally skilled with Excel and Powerpoint.
• A convincing and persistent personality coupled, and your values align with ours
• Business fluent in English. German is a significant plus, and other languages are welcome.
• While most of our projects are in Zurich, you should be willing to travel to clients' locations across Switzerland and internationally, if required.
