The Project Manager is responsible to manage business finance transformation, migration, process optimization and technology projects.
The objectives of the role are (i) to drive the delivery of the finance transformation related projects in respect of deliverables, timeline, and budget, (ii) to establish and run an effective project management governance and (iii) to propose corrective actions in conjunction with the project teams to ensure successful project implementation.
Responsabilities:

Engage with key stakeholders to identify project objectives and key products to be delivered

Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across functions by building confidence and trust with clear professional communications and assured expectation management, ensuring effective collaboration across all teams

Work within the PMO framework, actively promote and adhere to the defined ways of working, leading by example and setting the bar of project management through delivery, driving quality and transparency

Proactively look to address and resolve issues or conflicts timely during the project lifecycle
-
Manage process within agreed governance structures and processes via steering committees and senior leaders sponsorship, and ensure escalations and required decisions are addressed in a timely manner

Drive solution based escalations, be prepared to escalate with recommended solutions

Drive effective project resource management to ensure availability and capability are in place to deliver objectives. Co-ordinate with cross-functional teams, set clear expectations of required deliverables, manage resources during the life of the project

Develop comprehensive project plans outlining objectives, scope, key activities, deliverables, resource requirements, milestones and timelines/deadlines

Ensure a good understanding of the project subject and finance processes, enabling you to align transformation projects in-line with strategy

Documentation and templates to be fully utilized and maintained through the life of the project, driving quality outputs across the organization

Drive project execution through project methodologies; track delivery against plan and specified scope, managing day to day activities, identifying potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impacts on project outcomes

Record information accurately and consistently using appropriate systems and provide and communicate timely information to relevant parties

Define and manage plan for training of all relevant user groups

Perform stakeholder and change management activities by identifying areas of concerns & resistance and prepare mitigation strategies to ensure smooth implementation and successful benefits realization
Requirements:

Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., PMI, PRINCE2, Agile)

Expertise in Project Management Organization (PMO) and demand Management techniques, and methods.

Proficient in project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA)
-
Advanced skill level with Microsoft Visio
-
Proficient in Microsoft Project, Word, Excel and suite of Microsoft tools
-
Excellent training skills – must be able to train PMO methodologies and support the business where they have questions

Must be a team player and able to work with and through others.

Ability to prioritize and manage dynamic workload

Excellent stakeholder management across all levels

Proven ability to drive change management processes

Demonstrated an ability to work across multiple functions and geographic boundaries
