Your team
Technology & Operations design and integrate software applications ranging from portfolio management systems, trading platforms to banking and corporate solutions. The division is responsible for some of the Group’s key innovations while sustaining business operations and developing custodian and funds administration services.
The Identity Management Platforms team is part of the Cloud-Oriented Platforms Services unit. We are responsible for developing and maintaining Identity & Access Management (IAM) platforms. Our goal is to automate authentication and authorisation components to secure access to and control of all corporate resources, both on the premises and in the cloud.
Your role
- Researching, designing, building and operating reliable identity management solutions for the Group’s cloud-based applications and IT infrastructure, comprising a balanced mix of Microsoft and Unix environments and different cloud providers.
- Aligning with business owners, developers, infrastructure engineers, cybersecurity and risk managers to apply standards and optimise IAM platforms and practices.
- Contributing to researching and designing the future of the Zero Trust approach with different stakeholders.
- Performing tasks expected of an infrastructure engineer: devops, scripting, infrastructure as code with Terraform, Puppet and Ansible, CI/CD, etc. Languages used will include Go, Python and Java as well as Bash and Powershell scripting.
Your profile
- You have 3+ years’ experience as a DevOps Engineer or equivalent software-engineering role.
- Significant knowledge about architecture topics such as integration, security, network and identity and access management.
- Proficiency in software craftsmanship practices, programming and scripting languages (Python, Java, Go, Bash or equivalent).
- Identity management protocols: LDAP, AD, Kerberos, SCIM, OIDC, etc.
- Professional experience with a log management solution such as the Elastic stack.
- Cloud systems knowledge such Azure or Amazon.
- Experience with code tooling (Puppet, Ansible, Terraform, Kubernetes, etc.).
- Professional experience with databases and SQL.
- Team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Deeply curious and eager to learn technologies and skills.
- Fluent in French and English.
- Swiss resident or willingness to relocate.
