For our client, a start-up company in the sports industry based in Lausanne, we are seeking an:
Responsibilities :
- Participate in the office setup and manage office operations.
- During the first 2 months of engagement, manage the office move.
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Directors and assist them in their activities.
- Handle daily administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, correspondence, expenses, etc.
- Manage schedules and travel arrangements.
- Organize meetings.
- Support event organization, follow up on invitations, and handle logistical tasks.
- Assist with basic bookkeeping.
Profile :
- 5 years of administrative experience, preferably in a small structure or start-up environment.
- Fluency in French and English is essential.
- Ability to work autonomously.
- Dynamic individual.
- Excellent organizational skills and flexibility.
- Proficient in IT tasks.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Reliable, precise, and efficient.
- Must reside in the Lausanne area.
- Available immediately.
