As an Innovative Sensor Technology IST AG company based in Switzerland, we are the competence center for the research, development and production of biological sensors.

For our location in Freiburg in Breisgau, Germany (Jobst Technologies GmbH) we are looking for a one-year maternity leave replacement as Technical Assistant Assembly & Packaging in the field of Microtechnology / Biosensors.

Tasks and responsibilities:

• Precision assembly of small components also under microscope according to specifications
• Equipment operation and manufacture of components by precision milling
• Testing of assemblies utilizing hard- and software tools
• Accurate documentation of assembly, manufacture, and testing results

You have the following qualifications:

• Graduate from a (bio)technical school or comparable education/training or Bachelor in natural sciences
• Fluency in English
• Fluency in German welcome but not mandatory
• Conscientious and organized work style
