Elevate your impact as an experienced operational risk and internal control banking specialist!
An exciting opportunity, as part of a busy, close-knit team, where you can shape and strengthen a dynamic risk framework. This role offers the chance to work in a collaborative, forward-thinking environment where your expertise is valued, and your insights help drive risk resilience at a strategic level.
Responsibilities to include, but not limited to:
- Assess and enhance the control structure, identifying key controls
- Develop and implement a Test of Control (ToC) framework
- Execute ToCs and ensure continuous improvement
- Provide reports and strategic recommendations to senior management
Your Profile:
- Degree in Finance or Economics
- 5+ years' experience in Audit, Operational Risk, or Control functions
- Strong expertise in Test of Controls
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and stakeholder engagement skills
- A hands-on, dynamic, roll-up-sleeves sort of person used to working within a dynamic, busy environment of medium-size
- Ability to work independently and drive impactful change
- Fluent in English; German is a plus but not a must
- Available to work full-time (no home office)
- Eligible or already in possession of a Swiss passport or Swiss work permit and happy to be based in the Geneva region
