Supplier Quality Manager (all genders)

Are you committed to excellence in quality and customer satisfaction? Are you passionate about ensuring top-notch quality? We are looking for a dedicated Supplier Quality Manager to leverage their expertise in quality, logistics and material management.

YOUR MISSION

• You will manage continuous supplier development, focusing on commercial and logistic challenges. 


• You will conduct technical inspections and independent measurements of returned goods to evaluate the validity of complaints.


• You will resolve problem reports on the supplier side and organize 8-D reports from suppliers.


• You will ensure and coordinate the flow of information between suppliers, Quality Engineering, Procurement, and Sales.


• You will identify and resolve systematic weak spots in quality workflows, products, and processes.


• You will manage the non-conformity process in the internal ERP and platform. 


• You will ensure customer satisfaction through prompt supplier/partner solutions.

YOUR PROFILE

• You have completed a technical training with further training to become a certified technician.


• You have additional training in quality systems, environmental management, and business administration are required. 


• You bring along production knowledge in metals, plastics, and rubber and can read technical drawings which is a must.


• You are experienced with machine/special plant construction and small series production and/or logistics and supply chain processes.


• You have strong negotiation skills and basic finance, and accounting knowledge related to procurement activities.


• You are an advanced MS Office user and experience with ERP systems.


• You are fluent in English and German; Italian is a big advantage.
