ASPIRE is a Roche-wide business transformation program that strives to deliver best-in-suite, user-centric digital solutions for Roche that will help manage our company as efficiently as possible. At the center of ASPIRE is the One Roche Enterprise, the future of our current enterprise landscape. ASPIRE is co-creating one harmonized process house across the Roche enterprise, with SAP S/4HANA at its core - a technology that will replace Roche’s existing and soon outdated SAP local and regional systems. By following a template approach, available to all Roche entities around the globe, our core business processes will become more integrated, simplified, harmonized and scalable.
The OCM Team of ASPIRE includes change, communications and training expertise. It supports the development, deployment and sustainment of the ASPIRE program, whilst being responsible for, coordinating and leading all aspects of the program including myBuy, Integrated Planning with OMP, iCollab and others.
Main Function
As the OCM Lead ASPIRE DIA Commercial, you will drive the creation and implementation of change and communication strategies for the development, deployment, and sustainment of ASPIRE, focusing on Roche Diagnostic affiliates. You will be part of the ASPIRE Diagnostics team, the global ASPIRE OCM team, and the Commercial Cluster OCM team.
Key Accountabilities

Act as a Change & Communications Business Partner to the ASPIRE Dia Country Lead Commercial and the Change & Communications SPOC for ASPIRE Dia Commercial.

Design, run, and support commercial engagement activities, contribute to functional communication channels, participate in functional and cluster meetings, and coordinate ongoing and planned deployments.

Keep the global ASPIRE OCM team informed of functional issues and plans, ensuring Diagnostic Commercial needs in communications and training are met.

Identify and deliver Change, Communication, and Training activities for development, deployment, and business-as-usual phases, following the ASPIRE OCM deployment blueprint.

Collaborate with the global OCM Team to evolve the framework and develop strategies for successful ASPIRE delivery.

Prepare wave deployments, lead, and mentor wave and local ASPIRE OCM representatives, ensuring leaders and users are well-prepared for ASPIRE.

Ensure local training strategy, materials, and OCM contributions to local deployment timelines are met, and coordinate with the global training team and functional training team as needed.

Identify resource needs, monitor local OCM representatives' performance, and ensure headcount and operational budget are forecasted and monitored.

Establish and report KPIs as part of the ASPIRE OCM KPI framework, tracking OCM deployment and sustainment.
Qualifications / Requirements
Minimum/Mandatory
-
Over 10 years of experience in Organizational Change Management, Change Communication, training, and program management.

Significant organizational awareness, including experience working cross-functionally and in global teams.

Excellent oral and written communication skills. Proficiency in English and German.

Experience in developing, evolving, and implementing OCM frameworks, tools, and approaches.

Strong project management and people leadership skills in an agile setting.
