Ideally, you will be in proximity to our Rolle, Switzerland or Bidart, France Corporate offices on a hybrid work-schedule, however suitably qualified candidates can be considered on a remote basis across EU5.

You will have direct input to our mission to democratize data-driven medicine for the ultimate benefit of cancer and rare disease patients across the globe.
Your mission
Reporting to the Global Head of Real World Evidence, you will collaborate closely with the commercial and clinical operation teams to identify new opportunities for data expansion, ensuring alignment with the evolving needs of biopharma partners. You will also play a key role in understanding how these data anchor on overarching SOPHiA value proposition (incl. Diagnostics).
- Develop and Enhance Strategic Biopharma Offerings: Design, implement, and continuously improve a comprehensive suite of biopharmaceutical use cases.
- Collaborate with the Commercial Team: Work closely with the commercial team to identify new opportunities with biopharma following latest R&D pipeline.
- Partner with the Clinical Operations Team: Ensure seamless collaboration with the ClinOps team to pinpoint essential data needed for collection and integration within SOPHiA UNITY, based on biopharma needs.
- Develop Novel Insights from SOPHiA UNITY Data Stacks: Cultivate an in-depth understanding of the dataset within SOPHiA UNITY across multiple indications, ensuring data relevance.
The value you bring:
- Enrich and develop new AI driven use cases to offer to biopharma, and develop associated supporting material
- Enrich list of metrics to collect per indication, and track presence in SOPHiA UNITY
- Understand biopharma industry R&D pipelines to:
- identify potential collaboration opportunities based on data in SOPHiA UNITY (multimodal AI-driven projects)
- identify potential collaboration opportunities on diagnostic assays
- Collaborate with Data Sciences, Tech and Clinical Operation teams to deliver multimodal projects
Requirements
We know that every background is different, but to be best set for success we see you bringing:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a top tier consulting firm
- Medical / Scientific background preferred (MD, PhD)
- Clinical knowledge of oncology indications, relevant dataset per indication is a plus
- Experience with client-facing interactions
- Experience in multi-centric international projects, including experience in diagnostic or multimodal project management
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills
